Who we are

hotelvideo.ai (“we”, “us”) produces AI-generated marketing videos for hotels. You can reach us at hola@walabi.ai.

What we collect

When you reserve a founding spot, subscribe to updates or request a budget breakdown, we collect the email address and, where provided, the hotel or property name you enter.

When you book a call, the scheduling is handled by Cal.com and the details you submit there are governed by Cal.com's own privacy terms.

With your consent, we collect standard analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device) to understand how the site is used, and advertising pixels from Meta and Google measure our ads and help us reach similar audiences. You can decline all of this in the cookie banner.

How we use it

To contact you about the founding offer and your videos, to operate and improve the site, and to answer questions you send through the on-site assistant.

We do not sell your data.

Who processes it

Form submissions are routed through an automation service (n8n) and stored so we can follow up. Scheduling uses Cal.com. The on-site assistant sends your messages to Anthropic's API to generate replies. With your consent, analytics and ad measurement are handled by PostHog, Meta and Google. Each of these processors handles data on our behalf under their own terms.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you, at any time by writing to hola@walabi.ai. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

Retention

We keep your contact details for as long as needed to serve the founding offer and our working relationship, and remove them on request.
